In August 2001, a personal project was started with the following objectives:-

Construct a replica AC Cobra, powered by a Rover 3.5 litre V8 engine.

Produce the car to a high standard, within a budget, and carry out as much of the engineering as possible in my own workshop.

Finish the car by the end of 2003.

Take it for a leisurely Sunday afternoon drive at Brands Hatch Race Track, UK.
